The charms were perfect but the case itself was bad if u have it in your pocket the case came off and the charms go everywhere and isn’t good

The response time from customer service was good and the website was easy to navigate

Horrible experience from production, previews were incorrect, charm size was wrong, case was the incorrect, received liquid instead of regular case, took over a month to get my order. Customer service was horrible and no help whatsoever. I paid a lot of money for extras and bigger size charms only to receive small ones. Please save your money, would not recommend!

Great customer service, great communication with company and very fast shipping.

Doesn’t seem to care they sell a shit product.

The staff committees well, but the resolution is underwhelming.

“I love the idea of the case, but I wasn’t informed that multiple inserts would prevent the case from closing properly. I ordered extra pieces assuming they were meant to fit together.” I don’t think I’ll buy again.

The shipping was extremely slow and I only received shipping confirmation after reaching out two times

Terrible customer service

I haven't heard back from them regarding my issue with the case, the charms are stuck and overlapped, the case on close inspection has some cracks .

Both stars are because it is SO cute! However the MagSafe ring isn’t strong enough to use MagSafe charger ( have to take the case off to charge) the MagSafe ring also is no longer sticking to the phone case and is hard to get off of my pop socket (I can’t hang it to anything bc the magring falls off the case) . Have been waiting for a resolution for a week+.

Great experience

The charms inside the case keep overlapping in the liquid and causing all the charms to bunch up

purchasing the case and charms was better than receiving and owning it.

I got a liquid case and the regular case and the tiles just a bunch of and a one big pile so they don’t stick around. Contacted customer service and their response is non-existent.
