Paid extra for charms that I can’t even use

Shipping took a really long time, and once it was shipped it took a while. The case I got is cool, although it is slightly flimsy. It doesn’t fully protect my screen from fall damage because it doesn’t come up passed the screen enough to avoid dropping it on its face and breaking (which was my experience) but the charms are cute and good quality, I decided to order a liquid case because it seemed a little more sturdy. So we’ll see how that one turns out.

Slow communication. Poor quality merchandise.

On one hand, the recipient loved receiving the case. But practically speaking it has flaws. Pieces can stack on top of each other and get stuck, preventing magnetic charging. They can also slide into the edges of the case, sometimes even loosening the case enough that a piece falls out. Overall the case is just a little too loose to pull off the concept.

Still have not received item

The plastic case itself I believe needs to be harder/more sturdy so that when the phone is removed from its mount when using the MagSafe shakercase circle it doesn’t pull away from the phone thus causing the pieces to overlap & no longer shake

It took forever to get my order. When it finally arrived I could not get the film off the layer piece. I contacted you and you want a video? Of what?? The film that I couldn't get off?? Then we put the cases together with the layers and shaker pieces and the cases are terrible. They don't fit the phones properly on either one I ordered, a 17 pro & 17 pro max. Very disappointed with the product and customer service!!!

Customer service is lacking.

If I would have understood the size, I never would have purchased this case and the charms. It was a waste of money because of how small they are.

Customer service was fine, but getting the replacement is ridiculous. I would prefer a refund.

I did not like how long it took for me to receive the case once it was shipped. Production time I felt was quick for a custom item, but it was the cheapest way to mail it and it took forever. The pictures that you have on your website are deceptive. My charms were super tiny. I couldn’t even tell what they were. Then in the meantime while I’m waiting a month on my phone case, I’m getting nonstop spammed with emails.

Love the concept, dislike the design. There should be a way to secure the shakers or create a case in house that seals everything in before it’s shipped.
