So, after posting a negative review GoPoxy contacted me and done everything in their power to reinforce my faith in their product.
My last review reiterates how great I feel their products are as a self employed tiler their product truly is a game changer. I put a single ⭐ review after not receiving my order, GoPoxy directed me to Amazon who directed me to a email that showed me the delivery process, despite not having any Ring doorbell footage of an actual "delivery" and not being able to find the "delivery" they were not willing to help. GoPoxy have made contact with me and asked me how to make everything right? They have more than exceeded their expectations with me despite it being a courier issue. Genuinely I can't recommend GoPoxy anymore not only for the product but the customer service is absolutely exceptional. Well done GoPoxy
