When my ring that was supposed to have 3 day shipping was late by over a month, I emailed the company multiple times and posted on multiple social media ads tagging the company and nobody ever responded to my comments, tags or emails. The ring itself is pretty, but could absolutely not pass for real. It does not look like the one in the ad. If I hadn’t gotten it on sale and had to pay full price I would have been up in arms
