Poor customer service. Paid extra for the shipping, did not receive my order until a month later. I made multiple attempts to contact the company via their email and social media accounts numerous times, not a single response. Upon receiving my item a month later, the item was not securely packaged and envelope was torn. The jewelry is not solid material, the color is already wearing off and I have had it only for a week.
