I had a very disappointing experience with this car mat company. The quality of the mats is subpar, and worst of all, they don’t come with clips to secure them to the stud holders in my car. They are definitely not custom-fit as advertised — they feel more like generic mats you could buy from a DIY store.When I reached out to customer service, their solution was to place these mats over my original coil mats, which completely defeats the purpose of buying a custom-fit product.
