If you’re going to sell at a premium price, at least offer some kind of discount or promotion to make it worth the extra cost. It’s hard to justify paying so much more when the same product is available elsewhere for much less. I expect you to either offer a refund of the price difference or provide a discounted price for future purchases as compensation.
If this issue isn’t addressed, I’ll be reluctant to purchase from you again, and I’ll make sure to share my experience with others. Please take immediate action to correct this or risk losing customers who are genuinely interested in your products.
