It was lovely and easy. They helped me make the best color decision. And the video chat after my purchase arrived was SO nice & helpful! Nice to put a face to the name and remember that they are people too (who wear the toppers & wigs as well). I keep coming back. I’ve been buying Lusta since you started your business. My first topper is still my very favorite. The hair quality and color was perfect. It was called Daddy’s Credit Card. 🤩. I would love to find the exact same piece but have not had the funds $$$ for the better pieces. Kim’s closet is not the same quality by far. I’m 73 now and on a fixed income. Aging with hair loss is profoundly depressing. The hair I buy is what keeps me feeling like I can leave the house

I’ve just purchased my 2nd wig and couldn’t be happier! I’ve bought from other companies but the quality and style of Lusta wigs are unmatched. It’s hard to make such an important purchase online but Lusta is an easy company to work with. My needs are heard as a customer. Lilli has been so kind, supportive, and welcoming to any questions I’ve had. I believe Kimberly’s own experience with hair loss brings added value to her products. Their products are superb!

They look so natural my 11 year old puts them on with ease and they lasted 5 days

I loved every step of the process. I was literally terrified and Lusta truly walked me through each step of navigating this new health journey. It was amazing to have other women share their own experiences and even have staff members willing to take off their own hair to help me.

The price for restocking is unreasonable. When the piece has never been worn and returned exactly as it was sent. This is not at all acceptable when the product will be resold at no loss.
