One thing that really stood out to me about my experience with Lusta Hair was the customer service 🤍 She personally messaged me directly to my cell phone, answered my questions, and even sent me live videos of the toppers so I could truly see the colors and density before purchasing. That level of personal care made the entire experience feel so much more comfortable and genuine. As someone with very fine hair, I was nervous about finding the right match, but she helped make the process easy.

All in all this is the best brand you can get a hair topper from. I am from Germany and all the process of ordering hair online is so easy with this team. The shipping is always soooo fast and the packaging is 10/10.

Overall, my shopping experience was very friendly and positive. However, I did run into an issue with the fit. The wig cap sits/hits at my ears, which makes it uncomfortable to wear. I had raised this concern prior to purchasing, and was advised that the small would be suitable, but the sizing doesn’t feel quite right. I also provided my head measurements before purchasing, so I’m not sure whether this piece was adjusted to those specifications.
