Was in contact with your customer service and they wanted to send a hard ball to replace stuffed toy. I suggested 2 balls since there were 2 stuffed animals they only want to send one because he only ripped one. I told her I refuse to give the dog the second one to rip up and you can pick it up if you wish. Never heard back after that so I am contacting the credit card company next.
