Terrible. I bought this InvinciPup toy "for heavy chewers" because my small dog swallows parts of toys. My dog tore the tale off the very first day. I requested a refund and was told that the 30 day return guarantee only applies if the toy is unused and in the original packaging with the tags still on. I was offered a free replacement, why would I want that? I feel angry and ripped off! I have so much more to say, but there aren't enough characters allowed on this space.

The product I originally ordered did not stand up to my dog’s aggressive chewing at all. However, the customer service was excellent - very responsive, empathetic, and willing to swap different toys to replace the original products in hopes of finding something my dog can’t/won’t destroy.
