I reached out because all three of the toys I ordered specifically because they were listed as durable and difficult to destroy lasted less than five days. My dog only had them for a couple of hours each. There’s only an exchange policy, but even spending $100 on six toys is crazy if they only last an hour or two.
The duck is hazardous because it’s not durable and there’s hard plastic inside. Luckily, I heard the tear from where I was working and was able to get the hard plastic inside time.
