The first bear was chewed apart in about an hour. Customer service put in order for a new one. Hasn't arrived yet but I'm hopeful it lasts longer.

Paid way too much for these toys based on their quality and shipping is nowhere near fast and took a month. I expected it to take a while due to holidays and weather, but it still shouldn't have been that long.

It was difficult tracking the package - the provider did not provide city locations (like leaving facility in NJ, arriving in Chicago, leaving Chicago, etc). The multiple emails telling me the parcel was on the way were cute at first, but were too much by the end.

Ordered a coat and really love it! The shipping did take over 2 weeks though, so plan for that.

They are dishonest. Chinese return shipping, no shipping label provided. Total rip off. Poor customer service. Fake tracking number and information. Fake phone numbers are disconnected or associated with a catering company, fake chat feature only asks for your email address. On top of all that, the products are worthless. Dog destroyed them in MINUTES.

The toys are nice. The duck and elephant make great plushies for my two calmer dogs.

Had a great experience with customer service, they went above and beyond to solve my issue that was my fault.

The other two toys I bought (bear and alligator) that were advertised as “indestructible” were torn up by my nephew puppy in 48 hours. Had to throw away. Shipping took FOREVER and the toys were a complete waste of money.
