We received the order in a timely manner. However, everything we ordered was torn up very quickly. They advertise how good these toys are for the dogs who are tough on toys, but obviously their toys are not tough enough.

The stuffed animals took nearly a month to deliver and tore-apart with a few days.

Would never buy anything again. Delivery makes the company uncompetitive

Shipping is unimpressive. Tracking is vague and my purchase has yet to be delivered and has shown it in Dallas (280 miles away) or in transport to destination for last 11 days. Otherwise ordering was easy.

Shipping took much longer than expected, and the dog toy has already been ruined by our dog.

Better expectations for shipping time frame would be good.

See my previous mentioned comments. Also, if you are going to continuously email me for watching the tracking, add the tracking number so I can easily track it. It was annoying to always have to go back to the order is shipped email to get the tracking info.

Shipping took forever, longer than a month. I tried to track my order. It said there was no item to track. When I got the bed, it was about half the size I needed. I ordered based on suggested size, even went up a size. Extremely disappointed for how much I spent.

They are reputable but in the end I feel we should have gotten back our money. We trusted their advice that the replacement toys would be better

They were quick to fulfill my order. I’m just sorry the toys didn’t last longer than a week!

I would like a full refund. I could have gotten a bed like the one that was delivered at Dollar General.

If those toys can be replaced, please send them as soon as possible

It took a little to late to receive for their Xmas gift. But they did loved a second Xmas.

Just wish the product lasted more than two days. My chocolate lab loved the bear. He was so proud of it he showed it to everyone the moment he got it.

It was fine but the product is not well made. At least mine was not.

I have not received any response to my email or voice messages regarding my order. I received the wrong products, and am extremely unhappy.

Should not state that the toys are indestructible.

It was a Christmas gift that took longer than expected. So the toy was not delivered to us intil 14 days after Christmas.
