I ordered the wrong size for the dog bed getting an XS instead of XXL. My dog’s butt couldn’t even fit in the bed-lol. This was totally my fault and I spoke with Kate who jumped right in and credited for the bed and sent me the right size deducting the price of what I ordered from the correct that is being shipped as we speak.
