I purchased a pair of “Invisible” hearing aids from Audicare on the 4th November 2024. When I received them on the 13th November 2024 it was obvious that they were not “invisible” and far too big for my ears. I didn’t even bother trying them on. I followed the refund process to the letter and even spent £9.35 to use Royal Mail Special Delivery. I know Audicare signed for my return on the 14th November 2024. I have sent several emails to Audicare requesting an update on my refund. They haven’t replied to any of my emails. I have now raised a dispute with my credit card company (John Lewis), and hopefully they may have more luck! Audicare Customer Service? Doesn’t exist. A really shocking experience. Take my advice and stay well away from this company.

Efficient, trouble-free. I have found the website less than fully informative, though, about exactly what is involved in using the different models. And the information sheet with my basic model is also less than comprehensive. I've still no idea what the little 'carrying-cord'-like item is for: the sheet doesn't even mention it!
