I was very excited to receive my hearing aids. I have followed everything in the user manual, getting used to putting the aids in and getting them really comfy. The small size was difficult to cope with initially but it became OK as time went on.
I would definitely recommend them to friends and family but I apperear to be the only one suffering from Tinnitus or at least admitting to it.

I was a little confused between the number of beeps between the volume and tone settings. It is easy to accidentally click more than is needed, but I’ll get used to it.
Better than the NHS hearing aids I have tried, and easily as good as some bought from a high street retailer about three/four years ago costing nearly £3000.
