Ordering the sauna was easy, no stock at the time. We paid a deposit but then the date for sauna arriving in the warehouse kept getting pushed out. There was no communication from the office staff and I was the one chasing up delivery dates on a regular basis. The whole experience would have been more pleasant if we had received some news from the company, even if the news was delivery was going yo be delayed.
