The buying process was easy, but when I ordered the sauna online, I waited over two months for someone to write to me or call me to say that the sauna was ready for pickup. When two months passed and no one called me, I called myself and it turned out that the sauna had been ready for pickup for a long time. There was clearly negligence on the part of the sauna management.
