The delivery process involved unexpected and stressful additional costs. I was not informed in advance that import charges would apply. Instead, I received a sudden email from local Agency, requesting official documents and customs paperwork, which came as a complete surprise. At that point, I seriously considered refusing the package, as I had no clear information about how much the customs and agency fees might be. In the end, I paid extra, around $47 USD (approximately €40).
