Don't know if this is an option but I was kind of expecting the figure to be shipped and my card to be charged automatically. I understand why some wouldn't want it that way, but I missed the email for the second payment by a good 2 weeks as I'm not used to having to follow up second payments manually. But no complaints other than that.

I also want to praise the communication and customer service. I accidentally ordered the standard version instead of the deluxe, emailed them, and they fixed it quickly with zero hassle. When it came time for the second payment, there was no pressure at all—very much a “whenever you’re ready” policy, which I really appreciated (even though I paid right away).
