Took very long to arrive and not worth it

Return window was very short. And you don’t pay for return shipping.

I really wanna like this. I really don’t wanna leave a bad review. I’ve actually never done that but I’m so disappointed in this product. I really do think I’m just misunderstanding how to use it, but it came with your instructions and I have watched several several videos, it is simply not sturdy enough to put my baby in and where without using most of my body weight to hold him up while wearing it.

Late delivery or no delivery. Odered 3 items. Two were delivered very late with wrong size. One oder didnt make it and after contacting and emailing several times finally got refunded only for the third item that didnot deliver anyway.

Was waiting for delivery for a long time

I chose the larger size—first because it should actually be ideal for my height and weight, and also because many reviews said it runs relatively small. Unfortunately, after wearing it briefly just once, mine already feels completely stretched out. Because of that, it no longer serves its purpose, and I’m constantly worried that my baby might slip out from the bottom. There’s also only a tiny tag that says “Made in China,” so I might as well have bought a no-name product from Amazon.

Only offered a $8 refund and I never got my refund. For how bad the product was, I should have gotten a full refund.

Will not issue a refund. Offered 10% refund to keep it. What a joke

I don’t like companies that aren’t forthcoming regarding their return policy.

I couldn’t even get it past my shoulders let alone with a baby! I’m a small frame person well under 140 pounds! No way this could work for someone! Garbage.
