I have contacted you several times regarding the item I received, which was NOT as advertised. The fabric is not stretchy as described, and I was unable to safely place my 1-month-old baby in it or even put the item on my own body. I have also not received a refund or any resolution so far. This has been a complete waste of money, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience and lack of support. I’ll never purchase nothing from these people again.

I would never buy or recommend your products

I feel like I got ripped off. Material isn’t stretchy, it’s too tight and confusing to use.

The wrong size was shipped

Not satisfied. Fabric does not meet the standards required to put a baby inside. Cloth won’t even allow me to put it over my shoulder or under arm.

Awful. Shipping far to long and the product i received for a disgrace. It's literally a tiny sleeping blanket for my baby. What mothers shoulders its meant to go over..... I do not know! For reference im a UK 10 to 12! This didn't fit a 13 year old!

Unfortunately, I never had the chance to evaluate the product because it was never delivered. What I can evaluate, however, is the customer service — and that has been extremely disappointing. Despite not receiving my order, I was not issued a full refund.

Disappointed with this purchase. Unfortunately, the Bebe Amour sling is much too small. Both my baby and I cannot fit comfortably, and despite being advertised as suitable for newborns, even a newborn would struggle to fit properly. Additionally, the delivery took much longer than expected. Overall, the sizing and long arrival time made this a disappointing experience.

Very expensive

I reached out about a return stated i would have to pay for return shipping which would be about $25 which is almost half of what I paid for a product I can’t even use.

Waste of money

Size was too small. When I contacted to get a different size, you wanted to charge a shipping fee that’s almost as much as what I purchased it for. I purchased one on SHEIN, which fit much better.

I contacted your company to change my order from small to large and they confirmed to change it but I received a small so I am not able to use it.
