Customer service was responsive despite disliking the product. But a 10% refund on a product or pay $32 to ship it back still seems outrageous for a product that was not as promoted.

It doesn't stretch like you see in videos. I didn't like it at all, and when I wanted to return it, they wouldn't let me.

This company is a complete rip off and their customer service is terribly unreasonable. I entered the wrong zip code in my delivery address and the best solution was to offer a partial refund. So they made me pay for a product I never received and didn’t even notify me that the item was not able to even ship. This is exactly why I shop on Amazon. 10/10 do NOT recommend. This is not a brand that supports parents and hard working families.$ 70 WASTED ON NOTHING.

I have still not received my purchase and it has been 42 days. I contacted Customer service a week ago and was asked to wait 7 business days. I contacted them again yesterday and requested a refund since I never received my item. I was told I would not be able to get a refund until a receive my item. I requested a new order be sent and they would not fulfill that request asking that I wait 7 more days. I asked what they would do after those 7 days and was told my request was being sent to higher

Items were not described enough. Says color but not fabric type so when I got the tan color one I didn’t know it would be made of a completely different material

Never received what I ordered, ordered 2 comforters made of cotton lyocell and Lycra instead got 1 fleece polyester poor quality what looks like a neck warmer no way this can fit around my body let alone fit a baby. Also customer support is the worst, don’t want to help or resolve the issue, they are trying to make me pay to send this back and not cover return costs while it’s clearly their mistake and been talking back and forth for a month now with them still waiting for resolution.

Shipping took much longer than the website stated. Item was not as described.
