Order took forever to arrive. Ordered the size it suggested for my 6 month old and it wouldn’t fit around my body never mind also for the baby in it. I’m a UK size 14-16 so not overly large person.

Easy to pay and came within a couple weeks.

Product sizing is way off! Can not use it and was a waste of money.

Awful customer service

Shipping took over 20+ days. Not happy. Asked for a refund and was basically told to wait. Your shipping dates said less and yet, no refund was given. The subject was constantly avoided.

Took a lot time to come in and isn’t user friendly when you get the product. Doesn’t come with instructions with the packaging. Had to do my own research to locate how to possible use it. I thought it would be easy to use but it isn’t. I don’t recommend even for experienced mothers like myself.

Poor customer service- wrong size recommended- no updates about shipping, and no instructions on how to use either, and then the return window is too short.

Tried to change order for different size and never got a response. I can’t use the carrier and want to return item and receive a full refund. Shipping took a month!! Very unsatisfied customer!!!

Item did not fit was a waste of money

Sling was way too small for my baby to fit in. Terrible customer service. Tried returning but the shipping was $20! The product took forever to arrive and it took forever for a customer service rep to answer me when I tried to return. When they told me it’d be $20 in shipping I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t honor that. Never ordering from here again.

Shipping from China took over a month. I had forgotten that I ordered it. That’s how long it took to ship. It seems very cheaply made. I reached out to customer support telling them it did not fit and all they told me was to fold it in half and then put it on. It still does not fit and I bought the larger size. I would not recommend.
