Exchange policy is way too restrictive especially given that people may purchase these products as part of a baby registry and gifts are bought way ahead of time.

It arrived quickly and is exactly as advertised. It had one or two loose strings, but it hasn’t impacted my use of the item.

Ordering was seamless and delivery swift.

Worst shopping experience worst return policy very expensive and poor customer service and unfortunately now I’m stuck with something that I don’t want and cannot use because they want me to pay more just to get a bigger size when I already paid the first time n it was expensive and just need a size exchange should be ashamed of themselves

Awful product and rude employees who won't acknowledge that. Terrible returns process. You have to send product you've wasted money on back so they can "decide" if you're right before giving you a refund thats not guaranteed. Awful. So then you would have no product and no money, but then again, can't use the product anyway. Its disgustingly missold/advertised.

Product arrived too late and the worst part is that it's not feeting me at all. Waste of money. I'm so disappointed

Took a while to get it. Haven’t even been able to try it because they sent the wrong size and I haven’t returned it yet because I have to pay for shipping which is crazy being that it want even my fault that the order was wrong. I needed a large not a small medium or whatever it is

The small is way too small. My tiny 8 year old niece wouldn't even be able to wear it & squeeze my 7 month old daughter in it!

Poor material. Bad quality. Size completely WRONG. I wear Eu size: XS and cannot fit in their mama’s comforter. Lying advertisement. Not from France, but china. Horrible client service. Smell like toxic product. Cannot send back, as it is the price of merchandise.
