The item itself is wonderful. The shipment was fine as my friend got her birthday present on time. Communication, however, was horrible. Your website never updated my order to show that it was processed and being shipped out, which was concerning to me (as it was a gift) and I reached out via email (unable to locate a phone number to speak to an actual person) multiple times to ask the status and if there was a problem and no one ever responded. 😔
