Poor customer service! Still haven't not helped with a picture poorly put together. I sent pictures in showing the bunch in the bottom causing a crease in front. Back was put on slanted it showed on the bottom of one side. They will look into it. Still nothing and I followed up! It's a beautiful canvas otherwise but I paid for a picture without the 3 inch crease in the front. The back i could have fixed
