I submitted feedback about my order via “contact us” and no one from the company replied. I feel like this should be improved. I would think that customer service (even just acknowledgement of feedback) is super important, especially for a small, growing business. Otherwise, shipping was pretty quick and their website is easy to navigate.

Immediately the day of receung my 3 swimsuits I emailed customer services all the issues of the items I received. All issues have to do with the design flaws that tell me I do not want other swimsuits from this company.
Apperantly it's non refundable and you can only get credit in the store where you can get even more poorly designed swimsuits.
