Based on Instagram, I was under the impression I had two weeks to return products from 93 Play Street. I didn't open and read the return policy while shopping, so I didn't know returns are only good for store credit until it was too late. The sizing in this brand doesn't work well for my body and now I am stuck with a suit that I don't feel confident wearing. I wish you had been more transparent about your return policy.

My package never arrived. When I reached out to customer service they said “93 Play Street is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items” and wouldn’t even help me file a claim. I had to file my own claim to USPS which was rejected as I didn’t have all the company info. I ended up having to contact my bank and explain the situation to get my money back.
