I love buying from small brands. Especially when the product is good and the customer service is great. Did not have a good experience with either of these. The return policy is a JOKE. Shipping was late even tho I paid extra. Then I only had 14 days to request a return. And then I have to mail it back on my own? No pre-paid label, no options to have the shipping taken out of the refund. Oh wait, no refunds hahahaha. JOKE! Sell luxury priced items, you must provide a luxury experience.
