Shipping took a month. When I asked for an update. I was told the hot stamp machine was broken. Which I understand can happen. However the business should have email those orders effected to let us know the delay. I think the process is fair for the item ($20 for the actual tag), however to charge $30 for a hot stamp that was already flaking when it arrived is exorbitant. Customer service was not great. Quality is not there. Plenty of other companies that are better out there.
