Unfortunately I was not happy with my experience with Organize my bag. I ordered 2 items and really liked one but was disappointed with another. I reached out the same day that I received my item asking for a return and refund. Received an email asking me to send $5 through PayPal for a return label or ship it back myself. I chose to send them $5 PayPal and a week later and after several emails I’ve gotten no response. Terrible customer service. It looks like I’m stuck with product and lost $5.
