I purchased a replacement extender for my pillow… when I got it in the mail I was upset cause it was the wrong one. After a quick email with customer service everything was fixed and they sent me the right one. I’ve had customer service that makes you feel as if you are an idiot. They are condescending and rude making you feel like it’s all your fault. That was not the case for me… making me want to buy an other pillow or at least another pillow case. 😜

It was easy to order and I received my cover in a few days. Unfortunately the zipper was defective. I was sent a replacement quickly, but it has the same zipper issues. Please go back to using metal zippers.

Shopping was easy add it was just look through the images and then select my color. It was a little confusing to identify the differences between the basic pillow and the craft pillow. In the end I figured it was the storage?

For some reason, my original order I didn’t receive but customer service was so so helpful. I got it within a week after telling them that I did not receive the original pillow.

Shopping went easily but the shipping took longer than expected and just a week after receiving mine I found out the crafter pillow with pockets was available. So that made me sad cause I can’t afford to purchase another one.

It’s been so easy to order from Valari. All my orders go right through. Payments are easy to make. All the items I have bought have been excellent quality (especially my Valari crafting pillow). Well worth the cost. I’ll be using it for a very, very long time! Thank you for making these products available to us Makers!

The shopping experience is great with Valari. Technical support is helpful. I deduct one star because the shipping carrier that the Valari chooses to use is a bit hard to deal with. The package showed up while the online tracking says it is in IL. I was simply glad that I got my pillow.

It was easy to order and arrived within a reasonable time. When I purchased my Valari, I was supposed get a mystery box but instead only received a sample lotion. I noticed that the box was removed a free gift was added (sample lotion). Other than that, it was good.

Easy to find and when I inadvertently purchased 2 the refund of one was almost instantaneously done after I emailed about the error. Give the company some extra stars!!!‼️‼️‼️⭐️⭐️🤩

Shopping was very straightforward. This was one of the last colors available (I guess I was late to the valari pillow game lol) but it was a safe color as I bought this as a gift.

The pillow itself is great, but the actual case for the pillow has a pretty major failure point that left me disappointed. The stitching holding the strap on the far edge of the case is too weak, and busted the third day that I used the pillow. I am not a large person, so it wasn't my size, but the actual act of pulling on the straps to snap them behind myself broke the threads and now there's a hole and a dangling strap in a very expensive pillowcase. Thankfully I know how to sew, so I will be fixing it and reinforcing it, I am just really disappointed that it broke so quickly in a way that is seemingly avoidable. TP;DR: I recommend these to my fellow chronic pain friends as it is very helpful for working and crafting, but the failure point on a major part of the product makes me sad and I shouldn't have to reinforce it on my own

I was asked to make a promotional video for the Valari pillow but I found the process confusing so I never got around to creating said video. I’m still open to promote this pillow on my account if it still aligns with the brands goals.
