I ordered a rug that looked beautiful in the photos, but what arrived was completely different in colour and quality. It was nothing like what was advertised. When I contacted the company to resolve the issue, their customer service was appalling— no accountability, and an outright refusal to comply with Australian consumer law.
Despite multiple attempts to request a refund or return, they refused to take responsibility. I’ve never experienced such poor service.
