I made a mistake and ordered wrong size. As I needed uk size and ordered us size. Nordic sorted this out for me and instead of returning them and it costing me money they offered me right size for half price and free postage... so happy all round as my daughter wears the 1st size that id ordered ...very kind of them to do that
