You need to be more up front about shipping and not bury it in the FAQs. Then you need to stick to what you bury in the FAQs. Took almost a month to receive my order. Apparently didn’t even ship for almost 2 weeks after I placed the order but the tracking information was hard to decipher - probably because I was shocked that anybody would sit on an order that long.
