I hope you can send me the defective part; some of the metal pieces also had bent corners, and the person assembling them had to try to straighten them out in order to put it together.

Shopping is easy - delivery is a different story. This particular order said it was “left near front door” when it was actually left a quarter mile away at the end of our driveway.
