Excellent company to deal with using their online messaging service and the delivery of my BPC06 only took 7 days. I highly recommend viewing the YouTube Installation video to put it together. The installation manual is helpful, but needs updating, because it refers to registering the product & entering a non-existent serial number & neither option is available on the RitFit website, even if you set up an account. The manual indicates numerous bolts, washers, & nuts that are already installed.

Buying it was actually really easy. FEDEX Hagerstown was a nightmare. All three boxes shipped at the same time, one sailed through that distribution center and arrived within 2 days of the order. Another was stalled for a day, and the third made a side trip to the Atlantic coast before getting back to Hagerstown and onto to its final destination. But this is on FEDEX. Highly recommmend RitFit switch to UPS. Never such hassles.
