My overall experience has been excellent so far. I’ve only been able to use my gazelle pro a couple times since set up, but it’s really nice and smooth. So far? It’s trash! I have not received enough parts to build the rack. 21 boxes, 21 different shipments, tracking that I can not track because it’s from China, delays by the carriers and lost packages, horrible response time by customer service, I could go on.
