They advertise heavily online and on TikTok, but after purchasing, communication appears to be handled mostly through automated AI-generated email responses rather than real customer support.
The machine arrived dented, scratched, and with missing pieces. To make matters worse, I was told I needed to fully assemble the machine and then send them a video proving the defects,
