My shopping experience with RitFit was a bit frustrating due to the delivery process. Although the order itself was processed quickly, the package was delivered to the wrong address, which created an unexpected hassle. We had to go out of our way to track down where it ended up, which delayed setup and added unnecessary stress. The machine itself is rock solid - seems to be built well. The challenge I had was that the customer service with RitFit was absolutely abysmal. Three calls (the first time nobody answered, the second time a woman answered but connection was poor, horns were beeping in the background, as well as other loud noises before I wound up hanging up because she couldn't understand me, and the third time I spoke with somebody who directed me to take a video of the issue and send it via email... that's it
