Defective Product and Terrible Customer Service
We received the product with a defective piece and contacted customer service immediately. Instead of resolving the issue, they gave us endless excuses to avoid taking responsibility. They claim the defect is due to assembly error, but we sent photos and measurements proving that the defective piece is uneven—one side is noticeably larger than the other.
Assembly is straightforward; it only involves placing screws into pre-set holes, so there’s no room for error on our part. Despite clear evidence, they refuse to send a replacement piece. Extremely disappointing experience. Avoid this company if you value quality and good customer service.
