Smooth and the installs have been fairly easy with detailed instructions for most all pieces I've purchased. There are discrepancies between inventory and availability between the RitFit online store and Amazon, so it made it somewhat challenging to get all the products I needed for my home gym in one spot, but that was manageable. Would have been much simpler if everything was on the RitFit Store and could have been done in one order. Just small bit of feedback on the overall purchase process.

Shipping took a little longer and updates were not provided until I inquired by email. Thanks to Youtube, I braced for a longer shipping period due to high demand. I recommend RitFit communicate better to customers with expected shipping periods. Outside of this, the overall experience was great. The item arrived quickly once shipped and was shipped as stated in the customer care email I received in response to my inquiry.

I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately, this time it's necessary. After conducting extensive research before ordering my equipment, I had high expectations for Ritfit based on the reviews. I ordered two machines, but only received one, and it was missing attachments and some of the necessary bolts. Additionally, the boxes did not arrive together, making it difficult to keep track of the order. I called twice and sent an email to request the missing pieces, but received no response. Overall, I'm not satisfied with my experience.

Overall great experience. However, I am only able to see my past orders and address info on my account. I have to click the link in my email to view points and discounts. I also don't see a way to create a wish list or favorites. Not sure if its because I use Safari. Customer service was friendly and responsive. I will definitely order again.
