Hassle to get refund.

Never received my order that I paid a good amount of money for.

Order not arrived despite ordering over a month ago. Emailed several times. Just automated email responses. Very disappointing experience- first time I have used this company. A real shame. Still awaiting my order wondering if it will arrive at all.

over 4 week delivery time for something that isn't as advertised.

I still haven't received the product after a month. And the communication from the company offered no clear explanation or offer to refund my purchase. Only stating that there was a delay of unnamed length, and this information was only provided after I reached out to ask if the product was going to be shipped. Terrible customer service. Still haven't received the product.

Terrible customer service that does not provide specific feedback to questions like when will my order ship, where is my product, how long can I expect….

The customer service is outstanding. Shipping was a little delayed but they took care of me every step of the way. I highly recommend this company and their products.

well it was easy to order and pay but I am still waiting for the goods to arrive and have had no notification of when they can be expected either, so really not that happy tbh

I’ve bought this product based on your representation that the lights were rechargeable and did not require batteries. They require batteries.

The order still hasn't arrived and it's been well over a month. I asked to cancel my order and i have an automated attendant "olivia" telling me my order is in transit and it's never been received. I ordered from another source already and want a refund!!! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! TERRIBLE!!!

The shipping is taking forever. Two weeks since the label was printed and the item hasn't even left China. Good grief.
