Order on April 4 still not received on May 6th. Support request on May 3rd proimised overnight. That did not happen and Google review will relay this entire experience.

My item took 6 weeks to get to me and there was ZERO communication.

Order never received. I demand a full refund

U don’t answer your phone or emails. U never shipped my order. Worst company ever.

The product I ordered on 3/30/26 never arrived. No details regarding my order were available on the Shop app. I contacted the support email address on 4/15/26, and the representative offered to expedite the shipment at no additional cost. I still have not received the item. I have emailed the support email to cancel the order and have my money refunded. I hope this review helps move that process along.

Well, I ordered the lamp in Mid March and it's now almost May and I still haven't gotten it, so my experience hasn't been good.

Shipping took more than three weeks, when I finally received the product it was cheap very cheap plastic, and I cannot put it up in my house. I was unable to return it with your 20% restocking fee and was offered a 10% discount which amount to $3.60. Your company is not worth my time and your product is very inferior. Never again.

Very Long delivery time

Waited weeks and product was never received. Wrote to the company several times and was never answered. Had to go to the credit card company to get a refund totally nonsense company.

NEVER RECEIVED WHAT I PAID FOR

Awful. Never have received product after ordering and paying for over a month ago. Tracking is impossible on SHOP site and all I receive are AI posts asking me if I want to purchase more stuff from Illuminating. Hope this review is illuminating to others considering purchases from them.
