I did not send it AND I cancelled the order, but it was still sent. Now you want to charge a restocking fee for an order I cancelled. The phone number on your website does not work, and it takes days to get a response via email. Terrible ordering process and awful customer service.

This was delivered 6 weeks after I ordered it after being told it would ship in 3 days. I was on a construction schedule and had to order from a better more reliable source. I have begged repeatedly to be allowed to return the light and receive a refund and I get run around from Iluminating. They have to look into it and craft a message to me. We have been emailing about the problems with Olivia at “customer support” for the last 6weeks!!! There is nothing to look into.
