Trash, never received item. No one respond to support email order on Memorial Day weekend sitting at middle of July scammed. Beware of this website

As I am trying to determine the status of my order which is significantly delayed, and now has incorrect communications, and I have not be able to establish contact with a human representative, I am very dissatisfied and will definitely not do business with Iluminating again.

I never got my order. It never shipped. You won’t respond to my emails about this. I want a refund and feel like I’ve been scammed

I never received my order , I sent a couple emails asking about it and there’s has been no response. I want a refund.

So far not great. I have received two requests to review my order and I have paid for my order, but was told it is delayed and have not received my order.

I placed an order a month ago for lamps that were advertised with a delivery time of 5–8 working days. Despite the significant delay, I still have not received my order, and even now there is no clear delivery date. Nearly a month later, the lamps have still not arrived, which is extremely frustrating and far beyond the promised timeframe. What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I sent multiple emails requesting an update

This company is a scam and I wish I never ordered. Never received my package, terrible customer support, and I hate that you now have my information.

Scammers

The products are great but the package did not arrive. It was very late and now it has disappeared.

I have not received my items. I have tried to contact the company several times. I have not received a response to my two follow up questions about my order that I placed over a month ago

I never received the item nor have any confirmation that it ever was shipped. Have been emailing with the company for several weeks without resolution. Keep getting a run around from the company. At this point believing this is a scam company.

It is my opinion this is a fraudulent company.

Order on April 4 still not received on May 6th. Support request on May 3rd proimised overnight. That did not happen and Google review will relay this entire experience.
