My B37 started experiencing charging problems after a few years. Since I registered the product, I was given the option of replacing the B37 at no charge, of paying $75 for a new Kestrel. I chose the Kestrel. This is a small USA company - their Customer Service is excellent! I would buy from them again and I recommend Ekrin to family and friends!
