Powerful little Bantam massager. I just hope it lasts. My prior experience with their other B37S massager left me very disappointed. The B37S only lasted 6 months, & i found out that the warranty isn't actually lifetime, & they heavily try to overly upcharge you on more expensive models instead (i.e., they try to charge way more than the actual price difference), & they really drag out the warranty exchange process, and point out that your lifetime warranty will not work anymore unless upgraded!
