When I originally put in the order I pressed couch pic with my family. Apparently it was processed without the pics, when you guys reached out I was frustrated that they weren't uploaded so I asked to just cancel the order and my 50% off that you guys advertisewasn't honored. However, I was told I couldn't get refunded. So I then just proceeded with the order and uploaded my pics, it's been weeks and nothing has been finalized, I was sent a basic yellow Pic with all the girls looking the same on a clear white page which is not what I originally paid for. Not sure if your website or processing page needs fixed. But weeks later, I still don't have our pic and I was charged for an expedition fee but. It's sad because I wanted it all done for Christmas but that's long gone. It's hard to speak to anyone about this, is there a 1800 number I can call because I'm not getting much help with 2 day email responses? For your concern about selecting the couch pic for your background, please be advised that when selecting a background upon ordering, you should select the background from the background options in step#1. The picture in your confirmation email showing the couch does not represent the background selected for your order as it is only a default image. Please be advised that once an order is submitted, we only process it according to the details paid for as there is no way for us to identify if the customer wants a background for the order or not. As for the 50% discount, I can see this was already explained by one of our associates. The price you paid for your order was already discounted with the 50% promotion as the prices on the website at the time the order was placed was already discounted. Your order was confirmed for processing on 26th December and was completed on 31st December. It has not been finalized yet since your request for modifications has not been confirmed. If you want to add the couch background to your order, we can offer to waive the $20 fee for it, however, the characters will remain in shoulders up as it is in your original order. If you want to update the characters to be sitting on the couch, you will have to settle the $60 ($10 each) upgrade fee as it will be required as compensation for the artist.
