I was entering my credit card information with my billing address, and the order processed without the correct delivery address. Within minutes I started shooting emails to try to catch this and was assured that it had been corrected and was not. One item was coming from San Jose California and the other from Florida. The address correction that they made had them being shipped to 5540 E. Cartwright Las, Vegas, IL 62295. These items remained in the Sauget Illinois Dupo, a FedEx for extended periods of times. I sent several emails requesting the correct address and was told it was fixed and was not. I requested someone to contact me 3 times via phone that never happened. The last email I sent was not even responded to absolutely a horrible experience for me.
