To whoever reads this...
Obvious you're in the marketing department and haven't communicated with the customer service depart. What I ordered from Gift Shack and what I received wasn't even close. This present is useless and won't be given as intended! First of all, the orientation of the picture was changed by your people without asking. The vertical picture will not fit on wall intended. The font style and size (very small) make the words unreadable, and they flow into the picture which makes them disappear. I texted very specific instructions that were OK'd by your people but weren't followed. The sent me a proof after the product was sent and kept telling me "wait til you see it", inferring I'd love it. I don't, I'm upset I won't be able to give this to my Grandson for Christmas...to say nothing about the time wasted and $130 plus dollars spent. I'll will be sharing these same words on the lengthy text string that's been going on between myself and someone named Sophia. I fact I wouldn't mind sharing with anyone in your organization or orders from you. The stylized photo you sent was beautiful,, but the rest was a disaster. If Sophia had just redone the poster as was originally agreed upon, it could have been here, and my grandson would have had a great experience. My guess is that most of your customers are elated with your products...I'm not one of them. That could've been remedied if it wasn't for a stubborn customer service agent that wouldn't fix a wrong.
